Edward had surgery today. Ear tubes (no biggie) and adenoids (little biggie.)
I actually started this post five minutes ago with a description of how much easier Edward has been than Patrick post operatively but that got cut short when Edward threw up all over my living room rug.
So. So much for that and I hope you'll excuse me if I leave this hanging so I can go hover around Eddybear with a towel and a bowl and an assortment of wipes unguents and cleansers.
In the meantime here is Edward, who has inherited not only Patrick's swampy sinuses but his old alphabet pants.
Plus a much sunnier disposition.
When he isn't throwing up.
Poor kid.
Poor baby - all the best!

Oh poor Edward. And poor Mom! Hope he feels better soon. Wishing him a speedy recovery. How is Caroline reacting?

Please give Edward a big hug on behalf of all of us. Let's hope he feels better soon.

Poor all of you - enough of the doctors!
My granddaughter had the same surgery a few months back. Other than having the smell of burned flesh on her breath (from the lasering of the adenoids), she had no problems, and is doing really well now.

Send love to Edward and tell him we all hope he's better soon.
I imagine that Caroline is doing an amazing impression of an especially affectionate Florence Nightingale, yes?

Looks like Caroline inherited all the health in the family or something. SHE IS HOGGING IT. MAKE HER SHARE.

Poor kiddo. My brother had the same surgery as a little and he was back to himself in no time. Here's hoping Edward is back to his sunny self in no time flat.

Lots of well-wishes to Eddiebear. I hope he heals quickly and recovers from anesthesia even quicker (can they give anti-nausea meds to wee ones before surgery? I got them before my 2nd surgery and apparently my recovery was MUCH better, not that I remember either of them).

Awwwwwww--love the pants! Hate the throw-up. I truly hope it is much, much better than Patrick's post-op.
